Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with a strong proficiency in React, Angular, and backend technologies to join our innovative IT team.


• As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust server-side logic, while also collaborating with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces.


• The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a solid foundation in backend technologies, and expertise in both React and Angular.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to understand project requirements and architecture goals.


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend solutions using relevant technologies.


• Implement server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions to support frontend functionalities.


• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces built in React and Angular.


• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.


• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, optimizing performance and addressing scalability challenges.


• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in backend development, React, and Angular.


• Participate in the planning and estimation of backend development tasks.


• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in React and Angular.


• Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Django, or Flask.


• Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).


• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with frontend frameworks (React and Angular).


• Strong knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.


• Familiarity with serverless architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).


• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.


• Experience with microservices architecture.


• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines


• Exposure to frontend development and proficiency in React and Angular.


• Contribution to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of previous work.
