Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic IT team.


• As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.


• The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a strong foundation in Salesforce development, and a passion for creating customized, efficient, and effective CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.


• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.


• Customize and extend Salesforce applications using declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow.


• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.


• Implement and maintain Salesforce configuration, including profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.


• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of customizations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators and business analysts, to deliver end-to-end solutions.


• Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases and new features to leverage the latest capabilities.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce customizations and integrations.


• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.


• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.


• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.


• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.


• Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer is highly desirable.


• Knowledge of declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow.


• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.


• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on Salesforce best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or other advanced certifications.


• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.


• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and modern development practices.


• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.


• Previous experience in Salesforce communities and mobile app development.


• Contribution to the Salesforce community or open-source projects.
