  • We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales supervisor to join our team,

  • As a sales supervisor, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, meet sales goals, and supervise and coordinating the activities of your sales team to ensure that all sales activities are carried out at the appropriate time.


Job Responsibilities



  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to achieve growth and hit sales targets.

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

  • Share knowledge with team members on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs of customers.

  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and sales plans for the year.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and end-of-the-year sales reports

  • Conduct and Monitor periodic account/ stock audits activities

  • Managing resources and team members, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues, Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation for your team.

  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

  • Developing business strategies: creating effective strategies for meeting the goals of the organization.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND Degree with 2-4 years relevant work experience in beauty Industry
