Africa Agility is looking for a Programs Manager/Lead to join our organization and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs.
Job Requirements
B.Sc Degree in Education, Administration or equivalent preferred
Proven work experience in program management or as an associate program manager
3+ years’ experience managing edtech and learning programs
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master and Product Owner in an agile or edtech company.
Certified Product Owner and/or Project Management Professional or similar certifications.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum values, practices, and frameworks, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
