• Africa Agility is looking for a Programs Manager/Lead to join our organization and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Education, Administration or equivalent preferred


• Proven work experience in program management or as an associate program manager


• 3+ years’ experience managing edtech and learning programs


• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master and Product Owner in an agile or edtech company.


• Certified Product Owner and/or Project Management Professional or similar certifications.


• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum values, practices, and frameworks, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.


• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
