JOB SUMMARY

The Banking Sector Analyst will be the primary coverage expert for the Banking Sector, playing a pivotal role in analyzing, building, and updating financial models. This individual will be actively engaged in crafting and publishing comprehensive seasonal and offseason reports while supervising junior analysts. Additionally, they will serve as the first-line reviewer for research reports and report directly to the Head of Research. The position involves active participation in strategic discussions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain intricate financial models related to the Banking Sector.


• Regularly update models to reflect market dynamics and industry trends.


• Create and publish insightful seasonal and offseason reports relevant to the Banking Sector.


• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all reports produced by the team.


• Supervise and guide junior analysts within the team.


• Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.


• Serve as the first-line reviewer for research reports, ensuring adherence to quality standards.


• Provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of research outputs.


• Actively participate in strategic discussions, providing valuable insights and analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Banking Sector Analyst.


• Educational background in finance, economics, or a related field.


• Professional qualifications in finance, economics, or a related field.


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
