Job Description

• An intelligent graduate is needed to function as a Coaching and Training Assistant


• He/she must have a Degree in any of the following fields: Human Resources, Education and Business Administration.


• Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Must be proficient in using technology for virtual training sessions and e-learning platforms.


• Must be detail-orientated with the ability to multitask and prioritize


• Familiarity with coaching and training principles is a plus.


• Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
