Responsibilities



  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on real estate and investment opportunities.

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

  • Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share it with internal teams.


Requirements



  • A minimum of BSc./ HND in Social Sciences

  • 2 - 4 years minimum experience in marketing and sales of Real Estate is compulsory.

  • Experience in sales of Luxury real estate is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of target market characteristics.

  • Efficient lead generation skills.

  • Utilization of technology in day-to-day operations.

  • Integrity, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Comportment and confidence (complimented by humility),

  • Good marketing/selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Good written and oral communication skills.

  • Good customer relations and service excellence skills.


Remuneration

Very attractive + HMO, Commission on sales, and other incentives
