Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on real estate and investment opportunities.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of BSc./ HND in Social Sciences
- 2 - 4 years minimum experience in marketing and sales of Real Estate is compulsory.
- Experience in sales of Luxury real estate is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of target market characteristics.
- Efficient lead generation skills.
- Utilization of technology in day-to-day operations.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Comportment and confidence (complimented by humility),
- Good marketing/selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good customer relations and service excellence skills.

Very attractive + HMO, Commission on sales, and other incentives
