Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventive and schedule maintenance, troubleshooting, utility operations smoothly for 100% availability of all machines.


• Ensure monitoring on logbooks, checklists, ISO documentations and SAP.


• Evaluation of machine failure and root cause analysis


• Establish rhythm for departmental reporting and discipline.


• Ensure allotted jobs to be finished within time bound with safety precautions.


• Job allotment for team and collaboration with team


• Cost saving and technical suggestion for improvement of machine performance.


• Energy efficient operation and maintenance of equipment efficiency.

Qualifications/requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering


• Experience in Mechanical maintenance in a Manufacturing/Process industry with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.


• Working knowledge of SAP.


• Sound experience in mechanical rotary and static equipment.


• Good operational experience in utility and ETP plants.
