- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Participate in creating eye-catching displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals.
- Ensure that the store layout promotes a seamless shopping experience.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including fitting rooms and display areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and product features.
- Provide customers with detailed information about materials, care instructions, and sizing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, such as stockroom and management. Qualifications:
