Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship,and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans, setting ambitious yet achievable goals for the team.
Identify and qualify new market opportunities, conducting thorough research and analysis.
Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, securing new business partnerships and contracts.
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
Analyze business development data and metrics, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations,to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing,or a related field, preferably with an MBA.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development,with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills,both written and verbal.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills,with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
