About the Role

  • As the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for building and motivating a high-performing team, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and exceeding revenue targets through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of success in a business development role.


Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship,and performance evaluations.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans, setting ambitious yet achievable goals for the team.

  • Identify and qualify new market opportunities, conducting thorough research and analysis.

  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals, securing new business partnerships and contracts.

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.

  • Analyze business development data and metrics, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations,to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing,or a related field, preferably with an MBA.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development,with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills,with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
