Reporting To Head of Business Development

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Conceptualization and Ideation:

• Work closely with the creative team to develop design concepts and ideas.


• Translate concepts into visually appealing designs that align with the project goals and brand identity.

Graphic Design:

• Create engaging and innovative visual content for a variety of platforms.


• Design marketing materials, such as social media graphics, promotional assets, posters, and brochures.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.


• Integrate innovative design techniques to keep our visuals fresh and impactful.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.


• Collaborate with the marketing and brand communications teams to maintain and evolve brand guidelines.

Competencies

• 3+ years proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.


• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).


• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.


• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
