  • As the Executive Assistant to the GMD at Landwey, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support and enabling smooth operations for the Managing Director. This role

  • General Role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency, as you will be working closely with the GMD to manage their schedule, handle important communications, and ensure the overall effectiveness of their role within the company.

Key Functions & Responsibilities



  • Calendar Management: Effectively manage the GMD's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, prioritize tasks, and ensure the GMD's calendar is well-organized and optimized.

  • Communication Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

  • Prioritize and respond to messages on behalf of the GMD, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

  • Information Management: Maintain an organized system for managing and retrieving important documents, reports, and files. Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as requested by the GMD.

  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate logistics, and take minutes during key meetings. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned during meetings.

  • Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other gatherings as required.

  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in decision-making. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using office software and technology tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email clients, calendar management systems, and video conferencing platforms.

  • Real Estate Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry or previous experience supporting executives in a related field would be advantageous, as it would enable a better understanding of the GMD's role and responsibilities.
