Assist in managing special projects, including crafting PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, reports, and meeting materials.
Aid in the preparation, reconciliation, and submission of expense reports.
Simplify complex tasks into actionable steps and foster collaboration across teams.
Keep the GM informed about upcoming tasks, potential challenges, and monitor team progress.
Analyze data to produce insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
Uphold accountability by monitoring deadlines, timelines, and action steps.
Support the GM administratively, including managing receipts, invoices, and liaising with third-party providers.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of professional experience in any field; experience with project management, events activation and coordination, youth engagement, and community service a plus
Experience in operations and systems-building in a high-growth/scale environment
A bachelor’s degree in any field with an excellent academic record
Fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other local languages a plus

Ability to oversee a project from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met. Knowledge of and experience in using Asana is required.
Data Presentation and Analysis: Proficient in collecting, interpreting, and presenting data in a clear and concise manner. Capable of using data visualization tools to represent information effectively. Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Looker Studio are your friends.
Multitasking Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks or projects at once, ensuring each is progressing as planned. Skilled in switching between tasks seamlessly without losing focus or momentum.
Experience with Asana and Microsoft Excel software is COMPULSORY
