Role Description

• The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team.


• They will monitor sales activity, develop and implement sales strategies as well as maintain and expand customer base.


• This is a full-time hybrid role based in Port Harcourt, with the possibility of some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or marketing


• Ability to manage a sales team, drive sales targets and exceed results


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
