Requirement



  • Knowledge, experience and proven track record of achievements in branding, SEO marketing, social media marketing, videography, and print media

  • You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events for the right audience that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

  • He / she must be experienced in marketing and develop marketing strategies for advertising and promoting the products and services for the success of the organization. They play an important role in selling the products or services of a company.

  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, and target audience. He/she effectively and continuously communicates the product's features and the policies of the company with customers. 


Research skills



  • We need Marketers who can use their research skills to find all the ideas to develop marketing strategies, get a deeper understanding of the market and their competitors, help the company understand what customers want and develop marketing strategies accordingly. The candidate will help the company learn about the needs and priorities of customers and, if applicable, implement the right changes to the products or the strategies so that the products perfectly fit into the customer's demand.

  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing, identify opportunities for promotion and growth

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures; Initiate and control surveys to assess customer 


Specific Responsibilities 



  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses


Experience and skills



  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Creativity and commercial awareness
