Are you ready to contribute to the expansion and diversity of a fast growing meal prep platform? At Just Nourisha, we're committed to growth, and to achieve our goals, we're seeking a business development executive to diversify our network of partners and customers.


In this pivotal role, you'll establish meaningful relationships with all business and partners, bringing them on board and coming up with beneficial partnerships.


Your responsibilities will include coming up with customer acquisition and retention strategies,utilising data and insights to identify new acquiring opportunities.


Additionally, you'll prepare and present sales reports, monitor competitor activity, and enthusiastically meet your monthly goals.

What will you bring to the table?



  • Ability to achieve results

  • Previous experience in business development and growth is required

  • Naturally competitive with a track record of driving results (KPIs / Targets)

  • Sharp attention to detail with a capability to understand data and turn it into effective insight

  • Communicative, open with a positive attitude, able to collaborate with other team members

  • Attract new partners by prospecting and pitching new potential collaborations

  • Take ownership of signing up and agreeing on favourable commercial terms for both parties

  • Provide ongoing support for our partners by ensuring our partnerships are set up for success

  • Deliver on key business initiatives to drive order growth and bring new dining occasions to our customers

  • Close off the best local independent restaurants and strategic accounts in your area


Experience:



  • 3 years minimum experience in business development
