CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion.


• Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation. Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases, and elements to the appropriate personnel.


• Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle.


• Maximize project efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.Eng. and a master’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field.


• 8+ years of experience in construction management with a demonstrated track record of managing complex building projects.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as AutoCAD, Circuit design, and MS Project.


• Familiarity with processes for engineering change request (ECR) and engineering change order (ECO).


• Experience in database design and development.
