Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum aligned with educational standards.


• Instruct students on music fundamentals, including reading sheet music, rhythm, harmony, and music appreciation.


• Teach students how to play various musical instruments and provide vocal training.


• Organize and lead rehearsals for school music groups, such as choirs, bands, or orchestras.


• Plan and coordinate musical performances, competitions, and events.


• Assess and grade students' musical progress, maintaining accurate records of their achievements.


• Provide constructive feedback to students and encourage continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate music into cross-disciplinary activities.


• Stay informed about advancements in music education, instructional technologies, and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
