The Marketing Manager will lead and manage the marketing team.
The role will be focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing & Strategy.
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of Accelerate Plus’ business activities
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
Monitor progress and submit performance reports
Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects within Accelerate Plus.
Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Marketing, Communications, or a related Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years experience leading and managing a marketing team
Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing data and metrics to improve performance
Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Innovative mindset with the ability to identify new marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
