Job Summary

Transportation of Personnel:

• Drivers are responsible for transporting employees, contractors, and other personnel to and from the mining site, offices, and other relevant locations.


• Ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during transportation

Material Transport:

• Transporting mining equipment, machinery, and raw materials to and from the mining site.


• Ensuring that materials are delivered on time and in a safe manner.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.


• Reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly to the maintenance department

Compliance with Regulations:

• Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and legal transportation.


• Ensuring that the vehicle's documentation, including licenses and permits, is up-to-date and in compliance with relevant laws.

Emergency Response:

• 
  

  Being prepared to respond to emergencies, such as accidents or breakdowns, and following company protocols for reporting and handling such situations.

  
  

Communication:

• 
  

  Maintaining effective communication with the logistics or dispatch team to coordinate transportation schedules and any changes that may arise.

  
  

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification.


• Must have a valid Drivers License


• Residents within the locations


• Have an understanding of road network system


• Have minimum of 4 years of professional driving experience
