  • Facilitate the smooth running of the company to ensure its overall efficiency and success.

  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and conferences

  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communications.

  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing relevant document.

  • Draft correspondence, manage office supplies and handle routine inquiries

  • Manage confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.

  • Liaise with Vendors and Service providers for various company needs.

  • Plan and coordinates company’s events, conferences and team building activities.


Requirements and Skills



  • A Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field

  • Proven experience in an Administrative role or Executive support

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to identify and address issues proactively

  • Strong organizational abilities with rapt attention to details

  • Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks

  • Possess a positive and approachable demeanor.
