Develop and deliver projects through the deployment and performance management of cross-functional technical and operational teams in the Development and Wells directorate.
Ensure quality plans are in place through robust technical assurance in all stage gate reviews as well as the annual business planning cycle.
Ensure that development plans receive appropriate and timely governance and serve as asset owner for non-producing and undeveloped resources.
Deliver, in conjunction with the production and Engineering directorate, production optimization and enhancement programs.
Ensure the application of current technology to field evaluations by construction of accurate & representative static and dynamic models of the subsurface.
Prepare field studies including estimates of reserves, fluid contacts, reservoir distribution and structural configuration.
Requirements:
University level education (Minimum Second-class upper B.Sc. in Engineering, Geology, Physics and Mathematics).
A master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering will be an advantage. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
