Description:

• Develop and deliver projects through the deployment and performance management of cross-functional technical and operational teams in the Development and Wells directorate.


• Ensure quality plans are in place through robust technical assurance in all stage gate reviews as well as the annual business planning cycle.


• Ensure that development plans receive appropriate and timely governance and serve as asset owner for non-producing and undeveloped resources.


• Deliver, in conjunction with the production and Engineering directorate, production optimization and enhancement programs.


• Ensure the application of current technology to field evaluations by construction of accurate & representative static and dynamic models of the subsurface.


• Prepare field studies including estimates of reserves, fluid contacts, reservoir distribution and structural configuration.

Requirements:

• University level education (Minimum Second-class upper B.Sc. in Engineering, Geology, Physics and Mathematics).


• A master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering will be an advantage. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
