Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring Contractor's daily work regarding protective coatings integrity.


• Responsible for ensuring that the safe execution of their work as well as the Contractor's coating crews.


• The Coating Inspector must ensure that the work within his/her control is safe, cost-effective, and timely.


• Individual must be able to immediately recognize coating issues and have a working knowledge of the project specifications, as well as the referenced industry standards, to apply in the shop or field.


• The Coating Inspector must ensure Contractor is adhering to the Company’s SOP’s and proactively correct any noted infractions or deviations.


• The Coating Inspector shall follow up on any outstanding or punch list items or concerns as related to their discipline and provide timely reports to project team members as required.

Requirement:

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent with related training and 9 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
