Job Description

• Overseeing administration/management of the production department.


• Overseeing maintenance and operation procedures for complete manufacturing process and auxiliary services necessary for production.


• Supervise the work of junior staff.


• Input of proper settings on control panels of production equipment.


• Planning and organizing maintenance schedules.


• Assessing project and resource requirements.


• Provision of training for other technical staff.


• Implement routine training programmes for technical and production staff.

Requirements

• Must have a B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering


• Must have minimum of 7 years experience handling an injection moulding machine


• Must have have experience in supervision of production and good team management.
