We are recruiting for an experinced Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in all HR functional areas including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
He/ She will also be responsible for managing HR projects, providing HR advice and support to management and staff, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
7 years of progressively responsible HR experience
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
