Main Objective

• To provide excellent logistic service in Ruff N Tumble/Gatimo and her clients with vendors

Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcome

• Load and unload organizations merchandise in the vehicle


• Precisely finish all paperwork connected with the conveyance of merchandise


• Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed


• Delivering packages to customers promptly.


• Guarantee that products and staff are protected and secured


• Ensure timely conveyance of staff, merchandise, and materials to and from places as instructed by the supervisor or the manager


• Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle and take to the car wash when needed.


• Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound


• Recognize electrical and mechanical faults, report injury or damage to the fleet officer


• Report any instance of mishap or accident to the fleet officer


• Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate times, as well as refueling the car(s) and maintaining an organized travel schedule


• Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance, and handover receipts to the fleet officer


• Keep up a travel log to record areas traveled to, travel time, and work hours


• Perform some other undertakings like shopping, dropping and picking clothing, getting lunch, and running errands


• Pay tolls and other fundamental vehicle demands


• Dress professionally and in accordance with the company’s dress code.


• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.


• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.


• Interacting with clients in a professional conduct.


• Working weekends and Night if and when need arise


• Drive defensively to ensure safety.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 3 - 8 years relevant work experience.
