Responsibilities

• Accepting orders through the eGas mobile app and ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.


• Managing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.


• Publishing engaging content on our social media platforms 3 to 4 times a week to promote brand awareness and engagement.


• Conducting business marketing activities to drive app downloads, increase user engagement, and promote customer retention.


• Contributing informed decisions and insights to continuously improve our business processes and user experience through our mobile platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration or equivalent practical experience.


• Proven experience in app management, customer service, social media management, and business marketing.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement strategies to improve business performance.


• Proficiency in mobile app analytics tools, social media platforms, and business marketing techniques.


• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
