Our client a beauty and cosmetic brand is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services. The ideal candidate must be based in or around Lokogoma, Abuja, and should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
Requirements:
- Must reside in or around Lokogoma, Abuja.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be smart, presentable, and maintain a professional appearance.
