JOB SUMMARY


The Account Officers keep precise records of incoming and outgoing receipts and payments for the company.


JOB DESCRIPTION



  •  Account Officer records and maintain accurate inventory records of all goods received and stored stocks.

  • He regularly monitored inventory levels to ensure that re-order levels are met and maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer's demand.

  • Collaborating with traders, brokers or other internal stakeholders to coordinate the transfer or delivery of the roofing sheets.

  • He conducts regular stock checks and audits to reconcile physical stocks with recorded inventory, identify discrepancies and investigate any inventory variances.

  • He maintain a clean and organized store/warehouse and ensuring proper documentation/labelling of all the stored goods.

  • He collaborate with finance and accounting departments to provide accurate and timely data for tracking and reporting purposes such as inventory valuation or stock movement.


JOB EXPERIENCE



  • Bsc/HND in Accounting or finance related courses.

  • 2-5 Years of experience in trading and supply chain industry.

  • Professional qualification is an added advantage.
