Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain effective onboarding programs.

  • Drive collaboration between the company and stakeholders/partners.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key partners.

  • Coordinate the selection process of third-party vendors.

  • Work with vendors to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.

  • Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.

  • Define product features and roadmap based on research insights.

  • Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Work with third-party vendors to develop go-to-market strategies.

  • Define pricing, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch.

  • Make data-driven decisions to drive product enhancement and optimizations.

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations.

  • Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.

  • Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

  • Present weekly progress reports to partners.

  • Provide insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications and Skills



  • First Degree / HND. A Master’s degree will be an advantage


Skills:



  • Proven experience in business and product management, with a track record of successfully driving product development and business growth.

  • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum teams

  • Experience overseeing day-to-day business operations and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
