Our client is a construction and property management firm and they are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Supervisor to join their team. As a Project Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction, interior decoration and property management projects from initiation to completion. 


Responsibilities:


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Coordinating and supervising vendors, contractors, engineers, labourers e.t.c., on-site.

  • Liaising with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.

  • Resolving issues and challenges that may arise during the course of projects.

  • Ensuring work done aligns with company standards.

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.

  • Implementing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in project management within the construction, interior design, or engineering industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Leadership capabilities to manage a diverse team and ensure project success.

  • Ability to adapt to changes, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a customer-centric focus.

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related field is a plus.
