About the job

• Our client is a luxury Gift and Décor company with its office located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.


• This company helps HNIs, Corporate, and Governments to deliver a first-rate gifting company in Nigeria.


• The company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager who would be responsible for handling the day-to-day activities and inventory of its Lagos showroom. S/he will ensure the smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.


• The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing a luxury retail venture with good exposure and excellent communication skills. S/he must be capable of engaging with the business elite community and HNIs.

Requirements

• First degree from a recognized academic institution.


• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager or a luxury retail enterprise


• Must possess a very good knowledge and understanding of the role and client business


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Keen attention to detail.


• Must be analytical and comfortable reviewing data.


• Proficiency in Excel required


• Must be motivated, organized, and determined.
