The appointee will currently be holding a similar position in a Technical /Engineering Training institute or with extensive experience in the technical training function of a corporate organization.
He/she will have responsibilities for coordinating the teaching faculty to ensure effective training delivery through the supervision of research of course materials (hardware and software) to meet client requirements periodically as well as ensure that the delivery of programs is optimal.
Requirements
The suitable candidate will have extensive knowledge of the software and hardware required for training efficiency in one or some areas mechanical/ Electro-mechanical, Automation and Instrumentation, Electrical &Electronic.
He/she will demonstrate exemplary leadership, and management skills, with the ability to interact with the senior technical managers of client’s companies (manufacturing, oil&gas, power & utility)
A University Degree in the appropriate Engineering discipline, preferably at the post-graduate level, with not less than fifteen years’ experience in research, course design & facilitation will be suitable for the position.
