Overview

• Our client is currently seeking a team lead to drive online sales and marketing efforts and expand their presence in the e-learning community.

Key Responsibilities

• Led a team of online sales affiliates, ensuring they meet monthly sales targets.


• Recruit and train affiliates from Nigeria and international markets.


• Strategically position digital products on social media platforms.


• Manage team remotely via platforms like Facebook, Zoom, and Google Meets.


• Develop digital marketing strategies to support sales efforts.


• Provide ongoing support and motivation to team members.

Requirements

• Graduate


• 5+ years' experience in e-commerce sales.


• Proficiency in social media and affiliate marketing.


• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.


• Fluent in English.


• Comfortable using online collaboration tools.


• Team Lead must have a good working conditioned personal Smart Phone and Laptop for work use.


• Experience in using Online Platforms to manage teams of people -Facebook, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
