Job Description

• In this Network Infrastructure Presales Engineer role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales phase of IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team, internal technical teams and clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements


• Design comprehensive and customized IT infrastructure solutions that align with clients’ goals and objectives.


• Educate and advise clients on the features, benefits, and technical aspects of proposed infrastructure solutions


• Analyze customer requirements and assess the feasibility of proposed infrastructure solutions


• Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation plans that articulate the proposed infrastructure solution.


• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) testing and validation of proposed infrastructure solutions to ensure they meet clients’ requirements.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support and demonstrating expertise in IT infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees


• 5+ years of work experience in Network engineering, or as an Enterprise System administrator.


• Must have pre-sales experience


• CCNP, CCNA, ITIL


• Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Cisco ASA, Fortinet


• Knowledge of SDN solutions such as ACI/VMware NSX/storage solution


• Knowledge of Network protocols BGP and OSPF and F5 infrastructure


• Knowledge of Network storage protocols, distributed storage solutions, VMware vsan, Nutanix


• In-depth knowledge of the company's network infrastructure products and solutions, as well as awareness of competitor products and technologies.


• Strong presentation skills


• A customer centric mindset to understand client’s pain points, offer suitable solutions and build strong relationships.
