Responsibilities

• As an operation manager your role is to oversee all the processes and coordination of patrol supervisors to ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with SOP, guidelines and company policies.


• You are to liaise with government agencies on issues related to security


• You are to monitor guard performance across board.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 10 years relevant work experience.
