Dangote Group is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Senior Consultant for SuccessFactors. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors module for our organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Succession Planning
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design and configure the system accordingly
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects, including system integrations and data migrations
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors modules, including investigating and resolving issues and providing guidance to end users
Conduct training sessions and documentation for end users to ensure proper utilization of the system
Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Experience with full lifecycle implementation of SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with system integrations and data migrations is a plus
