This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Port Harcourt.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of key accounts, creating and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and seeking out new business opportunities.
The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements, and reporting these findings to the management team.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Account Management: Experience in managing key accounts and providing excellent customer service
Business Planning: Ability to create and implement effective business plans
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and ability to build a strong relationship with customers
Key Accounts: Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and develop long-term relationships
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the power and process industry would be an added advantage
