Job Description

• We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily cleaning operations, ensuring that our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members


• Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols


• Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services provided


• Order and maintain cleaning supplies inventory


• Communicate with clients to address specific cleaning needs


• Handle and resolve any issues or complaints promptly


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role


• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills


• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients


• Attention to detail and a commitment to highquality service


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in relevant field


• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry


• Proficient in using cleaning equipment and products


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
