Responsibilities



  • Prepare and hand-stretch dough to create the perfect pizza base, ensuring consistency in size and thickness.

  • Create and customize pizza toppings according to customer preferences, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas in different styles, such as Neapolitan, Sicilian, and New York-style, using traditional techniques and modern equipment.

  • Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and have a crispy crust.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.

  • Assist in the development of new pizza recipes and menu items, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences.

  • Stay knowledgeable about ingredient quality, freshness, and seasonality, ensuring the use of the highest quality ingredients.

  • Uphold proper portion control and minimize waste through proper production planning and inventory management.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years relevant wok experience.
