We are looking to hire an Account Officer who has prior experience in Internal Control/Aduit. He/she will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Invoice Processing: Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Bank & POS Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of all financial transactions.
File Management: Maintain and ensure all necessary documentation for transactions are kept for
reference and audit purposes.
Inventory Control and Reporting: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation and reporting.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets, and contribute to financial analysis as needed.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a BSc in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years work experience.
