Role Description

• This is an on-site full-time role for a Managing Director at Froshtech Automotive.


• The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day management and operations of the business, ensuring profitability, and executing the company's business strategies.


• The Managing Director is expected to manage and train employees, maintain records, and complete reports. In addition, the Managing Director will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role


• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience in budgeting and financial management


• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment

Note

• Other preferred qualifications: Experience working in the automobile industry, strong people management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are important. An MBA or equivalent degree would be an added advantage.
