  • As a Content Creator/Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.

  • You will also be responsible for creating compelling and informative content across various platforms to showcase our products and services.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

  • Manage and grow our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video, for social media platforms

  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies

  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Officer, or similar role

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices

  • Proficient in content creation tools and software, including graphic design and video editing software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of SEO and experience with social media advertising is a plus.
