  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Sales Representative.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with our clients.


Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers

  • Assist customers in placing orders and processing payments

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell additional products or services to customers.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for driving customer acquisition and retention.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Requirements



  • Diploma or equivalent; University degree preferred

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales-driven role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult customer situations

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite will be an added advantage

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a customer care or sales role

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite

  • Fare usage of computer and other softwares.
