We seek an experienced sales strategist with a background in the media environment. This position is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of all our integrated media services.
The successful candidate will target potential clients to acquire new accounts through solid sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities and developbusiness plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals
Creating marketing plans to increase brand awareness for companies’ products or services
Identifying potential client needs and providing solutions that will increase sales or improve customer satisfaction.
Contribute to team effort by establishing high-level contacts and ensuring that the defined sales process is followed.
Close deals and work towards set targets, ultimately positively impacting the revenues of the company.
Manage client relationships and providethemwith excellent service and support.
Work with the project execution teams to ensure customer goals are achieved.
Develop strategies and processes for internal use to further strengthen our market presence and market share.
Conducting research on the current state of an industry or sector, including analyzing market trends, consumer behavior patterns, technology advancements, and competitor activity
Providing leadership and guidance to sales teams to help them reach their goals
Developing new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients who have yet to be contacted by the company
Create customized and innovative solutions to meet client’s specific goals and expectations, and also define strategies to expand company revenue.
Requirements
Degree in Communications or Marketing and related fields
Portfolio of previous marketing projects
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing software
Detailed understanding of social media networks and media marketing methods
Excellent interpersonal and people skills
Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
Minimum of 4 years work experience in sales or business development - Digital / Media / Marketing / Advertising industries preferred.
A creative thinker who can connect 360° digital to all aspects of a client’s business and drive growth opportunities.
Excellent networking skills and a demonstrated ability in key client/partner relationship management
