Experience & Background

• Equivalent of B.Sc. Electrical Engineering (2.1),


• 10 years of general industrial maintenance, with 5 years assignment in the oil/gas or petrochemical industries,


• Calm and confident – Remaining cold‐headed during stressful situations,


• Good communicator – Leading Intervention Team with short and clear instructions. Efficiently animating trainings and inductions,


• Team‐player – Maintaining good spirit within all teams,


• Motivated and Enthusiastic – Positive attitude, determined and thorough,


• Developing and building teams – Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members,


• Coaching and developing others – identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills,


• Conduct trainings/inductions for personnel,


• Reliability, autonomy, analytical, organizational capacity, and leadership


• Knowledge SAP PM.


• Very good knowledge of LV/MV/HV, UPS, VSD,
