Job Description

• The Maintenance Officer is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all outlet equipments.


• Ensure the outlets and environs are kept in a good state of repair


• Compliance with Health and Safety legislation throughout the outlets.


• Source appropriate contractors and suppliers to service the needs of the outlets


• Carry out day to day repairs and some refurbishment activity to maintain standards.


• Working closely with the outlet managers or nominated colleague to make sure that our outlets are safe and well maintained at all times.


• Ensuring that regular safety checks and servicing is carried out on all equipment and accurate records are kept.


• Having excellent communication


• Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance.

Requirements

• Able to demonstrate Health and Safety awareness through discussion


• Experience of maintenance role
