Description 

• The candidate will provide practical legal advice and risk-based solutions to clients on a range of matters relating to Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR).

Requirements

• Candidate must have 3 - 5 years Post-Call experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.


• Must possess strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.


• Must be skilled in research, Drafting, Oral and Written Communication, Critical thinking, Presentation, and Negotiation.


• Must have a sound background in Litigation.


• Identify laws, rules, and standards applicable to clients’ operating environments.


• Must be available for immediate employment.
