Description 

• Providing practical legal advice and risk-based solutions to clients on a range of matters relating to Debt Recovery and Commercial Litigation.

Requirements

• Candidate must have 3 - 5 years Post Call experience including solid experience in the same role in a Law Firm.


• Candidate must have strong litigation background


• Candidate must possess strong commercial and stakeholder management skills


• Candidate mustbe skilled in Research, Drafting, Oral and Written Communication, Critical thinking, and Presentation.


• Candidate must possess strong negotiation skills.


• Candidate must identify laws, rules, and standards applicable to clients’ operating environments.


• Candidate must be willing to travel


• Candidate must be available for immediate employment.
