Our client is seeking to hire a competent and driven business development associate to join its team. 


The role holders will be for managing key client relationships, finding, and retaining clients, and bringing sales and growth to the company.


Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve both short and long-term goals.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging your experience and insights.

  • Assess and continually evaluate the effectiveness of business development plans.

  • Drive revenue growth, playing a key role in achieving the company's expansion targets.

  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.

  • Lead market research efforts to identify emerging opportunities and evolving customer needs.

  • Stay informed about market trends in the fashion industry.


Person Specification



  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Effective communication skills

  • Negotiation

  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
